Return & Refund
Items are eligible for return and refund within 14 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@pureglowify.co.uk with your order details and reason for return.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Shipping charges paid by the customer are not eligible for the refund, only the paid product’s price will be refunded upon return.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement.
If you still have not received your refund after 2 working hours, please contact your bank or credit card company for further assistance.
